Check your settings to see if you've got the "always prompt for password" feature enabled. It could be as simple as an out-of-date version of Outlook's software. Once an update has been run on your system, the bug may be rectified. Outlook has a bug where it repeatedly prompts you for your Fix Outlook official help password, even after you've logged in. This slows down productivity and quite frankly is just a total nuisance.

Then, each item in your calendar folder is checked for known problems that can cause unexpected behavior, such as meetings that seem to be missing. If this method works, try disabling your add-ins and any recent customizations that you may have made in Outlook to permanently fix the issue. Some customers may experience a delay when trying to create a new email address, or alias, for their Outlook.com account.
